As a reminder, you must visit the Navy Housing Service Center (HSC) to receive counseling and guidance before entering into any written lease or rental/sales contract for housing. Andrew Jackson Court
This neighborhood offers 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom floor plans. You will find exceptional details each each home, like a covered patio, garage, laundry room, master suite and central air. Andrew Jackson Court is centrally located on base with easy access to their own playground.
This housing area is a great place to live! It is located close to the beach and offers multiple playgrounds. Barrancas has a variety of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom floor plans. In it you will find fireplaces, screened-in porches, and fully-equipped kitchens.

This neighborhood offers 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom homes with breathtaking amenities, including a fenced-in yard, fireplace, garage and screened-in porches. This area is very walkable and is near park areas and multiple base facilities, including the Exchange.
This neighborhood offers large 3 and 4-bedroom homes with beautiful features that include closet and storage space, central air and a fully-equipped kitchen. Residents can enjoy convenient access to several playgrounds and parks, and of course a variety of base facilities.
Eligibility: All ranks
This neighborhood has 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom floor plans. You will find some spectacular outdoor amenities, like exterior storage, fenced-in back yard, a patio, and garage. Inside, there is a master suite, dual vanity sinks in all bathrooms, a separate breakfast nook and dining room. Corry Village residents are also conveniently located close to the Commissary, Exchange, and Corry Station Development Center. You will also have access to multiple playgrounds, a basketball court and other sports fields in the neighborhood.
Eligibility: All ranks; military retirees; DOD employees; general public (upon availability)
This neighborhood is located centrally to base and conveniently near to the Child Development Center, which makes these apartment complexes perfect for family housing. Lighthouse Terrace has 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units all with a patio, fenced-in back yard, exterior storage and a fully-equipped kitchen. You will enjoy access to your community center, which has a splash park, fitness center, and many playgrounds.
Eligibility: O8 and above
This neighborhood has large 4-bedroom floor plans with beautiful amenities. You will find multiple screened-in porches, a fully-equipped kitchen, central air, ceiling fans, and exterior storage. This historic neighborhood is located right next to the water!
This neighborhood offers 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units with a fully-equipped kitchen, fenced-in back yard, ceiling fans, central air, and a screened-in porch. In this neighborhood you will also find a playground, as well as walking distance to the Seal Wall area and sports complex.
Note: Ranks O1-O6 are eligible for 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. Ranks O5-O9 are eligible for the 2,383 sq ft. 3 bedroom floor plan and both 4 bedroom duplex floor plans. Please contact the leasing office for further clarification on listing of available rentals.

From assistance with relocations to family counseling and educational support, you’ll have access to a pool of resources you need to thrive at any of the military installations. To reach the Fleet & Family Support Center at NAS Pensacola, you can visit them at their location at 151 Ellyson Ave, bldg 625. You can contact them by phone at (850) 452-5990 Monday-Friday from 0730-1600.
Vibrant Community Life
Life at NAS Pensacola isn’t just about the roof over your head; it’s about the activities and events that shape your experience. From holiday festivities to sports leagues and fitness programs, there’s always something happening to keep you engaged and entertained. Base housing residents will enjoy a walkable, pet-friendly community with lots of amenities. You will find splash parks and playgrounds outside. All residents can also use the community center that features a fitness room and a game room. In a NAS Pensacola home, you will also have access to on-site management and maintenance, curbside trash pick-up, and lawn care services. You also have the option to bring along your pets, including large dogs. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each home. Please note that their pet policies include certain breed restrictions.
Unaccompanied Housing (UH)
If you are an unaccompanied personnel with less than 3 years of service and the ranks of E1-4 you can qualify for Unaccompanied Housing (UH). It is a great way to meet others and be a part of a dynamic community in government housing. There are some great advantages to living on-base as single military members. You are offered a secure and safe housing accommodation close to where you work. You will also have utility bills included, free laundry facilities, and vending and recreational areas.
NAS Pensacola houses about 4,530 personnel in 14 different buildings. Rooms are in the configuration of 1 or 2 persons in a room based on pay grade and square footage. You will be provided with linens, have access to lounges with televisions, washers and dryers, and vending machines in each of the buildings. Outside, you will find recreational fitness, dining, religious, educational, and other amenities. Most of these amenities are within walking distance of your UH building. The Pensacola UH is located at 905 East Ave. You can reach the UH Manager at (850) 452-2007.
Corry Station, the nearby installation connected to NAS Pensacola, houses about 1,770 personnel in 17 buildings. Inside these UH buildings, you will find vending rooms, game rooms with large televisions, computers with internet access, laundry facilities, picnic areas with tables and grills, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and horseshoe pits. You are also near recreational, fitness, dining, religious, educational, and other amenities. Most of these amenities are within walking distance of your UH building. There is also public transportation between these locations. UH Corry Station is located at 640 Roberts Ave, Mariner’s Roost bldg 1084. You can reach the UH Manager at (850) 458-0016.
