At Eglin, military housing is operated by a privatized housing community called Mayroad. To contact Eglin AFB on-base housing through Mayroad, please call (850) 613-5050. They are located at 2950 Azalea Dr.
As a reminder, you must visit the Military Housing Office to receive counseling and guidance before entering into any written lease or rental/sales contract for housing. To contact MHO by phone, call (850) 882-4533 Ext #3 between the hours of 0730-1700, Monday through Friday. They are located at 2950 Azaela Dr. Bldg 38499

Well-Maintained Housing
Eglin Air Force Base takes pride in providing military families with comfortable and well-maintained housing options. From spacious single-family homes offering two, three and four bedrooms. There’s a residence to suit every family size and preference. At Mayroad housing, it is just like living in a local community, you will sign a tenant lease agreement, typically for a one-year term. You will pay your monthly rent by authorizing an allotment of your BAH that is paid directly to the property manager. Also, there are no security deposits or credit checks necessary, which adds to the ease of on-base living.
Spacious Homes and Amenities
Mayroad housing offers a resort-style community center, playgrounds, beach-entry pool, complimentary lawn care, and easy access to all that Eglin AFB has to offer its military members and their family. The community is also pet-friendly! In the homes you will find many wonderful amenities, such as kitchens with all major appliances, and washer and dryer hookups. Also, most utilities are included, as well as front & back lawn care, and waste & recycling collection.

JNCO Duplex 1031
Eligibility: E1-E6
1-story; 1,031 sq ft
This floor plans is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex with most utilities included. Inside is a dishwasher, garbage disposal, laundry room, central air, ceiling fans, and garage.
JNCO Duplex 1953
Eligibility: E1-E6
2-story; 1953 sq ft
This floor plan has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This is one of the best places for families, with a room for each member. This duplex comes with a garage, walk-in closets, and a front porch and patio to enjoy the Gulf breeze!
JNCO Duplex 1713
Eligibility: E1-E6
2-story; 1713 sq ft
This floor plan gives you 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This home has luxurious carpeting and an eat-in kitchen. You will also find a front porch and nearby playgrounds, great for summer months!
JNCO ADA Accessible Duplex
Eligibility: E1-E6
1-story; 2057 sq ft
This accessable duplex has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This floor plan includes a garage, walk-in closets, as well as a front porch and patio for comfortable living!
SNCO Single 2200
Eligibility: E7-E9
2-story; 2,200 sq ft
This home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is the right place for families, and has a front porch and patio. In the owner’s suite bathroom you will find dual sinks and walk-in closets with maximum storage.
CGO Single 1010
Eligibility: Retired military, DoD contractors
1-story; 1,010 sq ft. This unit is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with covered parking and a patio. You will also get storage space, and a kitchen with all appliances.

Unaccompanied Housing
If you are an unaccompanied Airman with less than 3 years of service and the ranks of E1-4 you can qualify for Unaccompanied Housing (UH). It is a great way to meet other unaccompanied airmen and be a part of a dynamic community at Tyndall AFB. Room assignments are determined by the UH Management Office. It is located at 210 E. Daytona, Bldg 852. You can also call (850) 882-5153. In UH housing, you have the option of a few different housing configurations, like rooms connected in a quad with a shared kitchen or two connected rooms, with a bathroom and kitchen. All rooms are single occupancy with a private sleeping room, furnishings, bed linens and supplies to live comfortably. The UH is conveniently equipped with a full spectrum of amenities including fitness rooms, stove/cook top, refrigerator, microwave, vacuum cleaner, laundry room, covered gazebos, enclosed bike lockers, gas/charcoal grills and RV storage!
